Sree Amritha Chiranjeevini temples is to house 309 deities under one compound. Deities include Sri Mahaganapathy, Sri Mahalakshmi, Sri Maha Vishnu, Sri Subramaniar, Sri Valli, Sri Devasana, 27 Adhi Devathas of the stars, Sri Amirtha Mruthyanjayar, Sri Aayushya Devata, Sri Dhanvanthri Bhagavan, Sri Saptha Chiranjeevis, Sri Saptha Nadhies, Sri Saptha Rishis, Deities of 60 years, Sri Ayana Devatas, Sri Ruthu Devathas, Sri Masa Devathas, Sri Paksha Deities, Sri Thithi Devathas, Sri Vara Devathas, Sri Ashta Vasus, Sri Ekadasa Rudras, Sri Yoga Devatas, Sri Karana Devatas, Sri Nava Durga, Sri Devadasa Adhityas, Sri Saptha Miruthikas, Sri Rasi Devatas, Sri Pancha Brahmas, Sri Brahma, Sri Saraswathy, Sri Parvathy, Sri Gowri, Sri Kshetra Balakas, Sri Abayankara, Sri Vaasthu Bhagavan, Sri Ashta Dik Balakas, Sri Agni Bhagavan, Sri Saptha Mathrukas, Sri Renuka Parameshwari, Sri Purna Pushkalamb Sametha Iyaanarappan, Sri Dakshinamoorthy, Sri Navagrahas, Sri Guruda and Aanjaneya.
All these deities are to be enshrined (Aavahana) separately in individual vessels (kumba) by chanting repective mantras and poojas performed with ‘Homas’ and the efficacy of the homa is again mixed with holy water in the vessel (kumba) and then holy water will be sprayed through dotted vessel to the karthas i.e. Ejamans.
